Pagination
When
doing a design/layout for a newsletter or book, it will help us
if you provide your files already paginated. In fact, if you have
any copy, photos or background screens that run between two pages,
it is required.
See
below for an example of a paginated 12 page book.
11 x 17, folded, collated and stapled to make an 8 1/2 x 11
book:
Page 1, or the cover, is always on the right side, with
the last page, or back cover, on the left. It is helpful
to make a paper dummy, folding and numbering the sheets
of your book. Then you can open the pages up flat, and easily see
how the pages should paginate. Remember: each sheet
of paper, when paginatated equals four complete pages.

If you have bleeds: extend your bleed area outside of
the cropmarks.
This will ensure a true bleed when we cut your finished
